AGISS offers vehicle protection products including motorcycle/bike covers and other vehicle-cover products available on the website.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, colours and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.

However:

  • Actual product colour may vary slightly from the images displayed on your screen due to lighting, photography and screen/display settings.

  • Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to manufacturing, material and production conditions.

  • Product dimensions, design details, accessories and specifications may be updated from time to time.

  • Product images may be for illustrative purposes unless specifically stated otherwise.

  • Availability of a particular product, model, size or variant may change without prior notice.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the functionality or intended use of the product shall not ordinarily be treated as a product defect.

3. Vehicle Model and Variant Selection

Many AGISS products are selected according to the customer's vehicle make, model, variant and configuration.

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct:

  • Vehicle manufacturer/brand;

  • Vehicle model;

  • Variant/version;

  • Model year, where applicable;

  • Vehicle type; and

  • Any other information requested during ordering.

Before placing an order, customers should carefully verify that the selected product corresponds to their actual vehicle.

If the customer selects an incorrect vehicle model, variant or size, AGISS may not consider the resulting fitment issue to be a manufacturing defect.

Where a replacement is possible for an incorrect customer selection, additional charges, including product handling, reverse shipping, forward shipping or other applicable charges, may apply.

4. Vehicle Accessories and Additional Fittings

Customers must inform AGISS before placing an order if their vehicle has any unusual or additional fittings that may affect the fitment of the cover.

Examples may include:

  • Modified handlebars;

  • Large aftermarket accessories;

  • Top boxes;

  • Side boxes/panniers;

  • Crash guards;

  • Leg guards;

  • Additional luggage systems;

  • Custom seats;

  • Modified mirrors;

  • Extended accessories;

  • Other aftermarket modifications.

AGISS cannot guarantee compatibility with accessories or modifications that were not disclosed at the time of ordering.

A cover manufactured or supplied according to the selected vehicle model may not fit exactly as expected if the customer's vehicle has additional or modified fittings.

5. Custom / Made-to-Order Products

Certain AGISS products may be prepared, configured or supplied according to customer-selected vehicle details or specifications.

Once production, preparation or dispatch has commenced, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to applicable charges.

Where a product is specifically customised or made according to customer-provided specifications, return/replacement may be restricted except where the product is defective, incorrect due to AGISS's error, or otherwise eligible under our Refund & Replacement Policy.

6. Pricing

All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices may change due to:

  • Material costs;

  • Manufacturing costs;

  • Promotional offers;

  • Taxes;

  • Logistics costs;

  • Supplier costs; or

  • Other commercial reasons.

The price applicable to an order shall generally be the price displayed at the time the customer successfully places the order, subject to correction of any genuine pricing or technical errors.

7. Orders

An order placed through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

AGISS reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel an order in circumstances including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Incorrect pricing caused by technical or human error;

  • Incorrect product information;

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions;

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information;

  • Delivery limitations;

  • Duplicate or suspicious orders;

  • Payment-related issues; or

  • Other legitimate operational or legal reasons.

If AGISS cancels an order after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to the Refund Policy.

8. Payment

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

AGISS does not normally receive or store complete card details such as the full card number, CVV or banking credentials.

Customers must provide accurate information required for successful payment and order processing.

An order will normally be processed only after successful payment confirmation, unless Cash on Delivery or another payment method is specifically offered for that order.

9. Shipping and Delivery

AGISS aims to dispatch orders within the time indicated on the website or communicated to the customer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of:

  • Courier delays;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Natural events;

  • Public holidays;

  • Strikes;

  • Operational disruptions;

  • Incorrect/incomplete address;

  • Customer unavailability;

  • Remote-area delivery;

  • Logistics restrictions; or

  • Other circumstances beyond AGISS's reasonable control.

AGISS shall not be responsible for delays caused solely by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number.

10. Delivery Inspection

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.

Where possible, customers should record a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing:

  1. The sealed parcel;

  2. Shipping label/order details;

  3. Opening of the package;

  4. The complete product; and

  5. Any visible damage, missing item or incorrect product.

An unboxing video may be requested when investigating claims relating to transit damage, missing items, incorrect products or other delivery-related issues.

The absence of an unboxing video does not automatically determine the outcome of every claim; however, it may make verification of certain claims more difficult.

11. Product Usage

Customers must use the product according to its intended purpose and any care/use instructions supplied with the product.

AGISS shall not ordinarily consider damage resulting from:

  • Improper use;

  • Misuse;

  • Accident;

  • Sharp objects;

  • Animal bites;

  • Burning;

  • Chemical exposure;

  • Improper washing;

  • Incorrect storage;

  • Unauthorized modification;

  • Excessive force;

  • Negligent handling; or

  • Normal wear and tear

to be a manufacturing defect.

12. Vehicle Cover Fitment

Vehicle covers are designed according to vehicle models and available product information.

Because actual vehicles may have differences due to:

  • Model year;

  • Variant;

  • Accessories;

  • Modifications;

  • Manufacturing changes;

  • Aftermarket parts; or

  • Customer-provided information,

a perfectly identical fit cannot be guaranteed in every individual case.

Minor differences in fit that do not materially affect the intended use of the product shall not automatically qualify as a manufacturing defect.

13. Weather, Sun and Environmental Exposure

AGISS vehicle covers are designed to provide protection against environmental exposure as described for the respective product.

However, no vehicle cover should be understood as providing absolute or permanent protection against:

  • Heavy rain;

  • Flooding;

  • Storms;

  • Extreme sunlight;

  • UV exposure;

  • Dust;

  • Bird droppings;

  • Animal activity;

  • Tree sap;

  • Chemicals;

  • Fire;

  • Sharp objects; or

  • Other external hazards.

The actual performance and service life of a cover can vary depending on usage, weather, storage, cleaning and environmental conditions.

14. Colour Variation and Fading

Slight differences between the colour displayed online and the actual product may occur because of photography, lighting and display settings.

Long-term exposure to sunlight, UV radiation, weather and washing may result in gradual colour fading.

Normal fading or minor colour variation, where the product remains functional, shall not ordinarily be considered a manufacturing defect.

15. Intellectual Property

All content available on AGISS, including but not limited to:

  • Brand name;

  • Logo;

  • Product photographs;

  • Graphics;

  • Text;

  • Designs;

  • Product descriptions;

  • Website layout;

  • Videos;

  • Marketing materials; and

  • Other website content

is owned by or licensed to AGISS/A Global India Sales & Services, unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, republished or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

16. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the website:

  • For any unlawful purpose;

  • To commit fraud;

  • To interfere with website security;

  • To introduce malicious software;

  • To attempt unauthorized access;

  • To misuse promotional offers;

  • To submit false information;

  • To infringe intellectual property rights; or

  • In any manner that may damage AGISS or its customers.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts/authorities having jurisdiction over Delhi, India, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and statutory rights.
